How Does the Program Work?
Foundation: Weeks 1-4
We build a solid strength and endurance base through functional exercises. You’ll learn essential techniques such as:
β Rope climbing β Wall crossing β Running techniques for difficult terrain
Intensification: Weeks 5-8
Time to step it up! This phase focuses on: π₯ Grip strength and muscular endurance π₯ Obstacle course simulations π₯ Longer runs
Race Phase: Weeks 9-12
This is where you put your training to the test! Full OCR race simulations and fitness assessments will prepare you for race day.

Tough Mudder vs. Spartan Race
Which One Is for You?
π Tough Mudder – Perfect for those who love teamwork and adventure. Obstacles are designed to require assistance from others, and there’s no official timing.
πͺ Spartan Race – For those who thrive on competition and pushing their limits. Every failed obstacle comes with a 30-burpee penalty, and your time counts toward the rankings.
πΉ Example Tough Mudder Obstacles:
Arctic Enema – Ice-cold plunge
Electroshock Therapy – Running through live wires
Everest – A steep quarter-pipe wall to conquer

Spear Throw – Throwing a spear at a target
