I created this 12-week program for adults 35+ who feel stiff, tired, heavier than they want, or unsure how to train properly.
Over 12 weeks, I help you rebuild strength, improve mobility, build better habits and feel more confident in your body — without extreme diets or living in the gym.
This is not just personal training.
This is a structured reset for your body, habits and confidence.
I coach in-person at PureGym Craigleith in Edinburgh and online.
Monday to Friday from 5am to 1pm.
Morning slots available.
How I Help
Most coaches give you a programme and leave you to figure it out.
I don't work that way.
I assess where your body is now — movement, strength, pain points, energy.
Then I build a simple system around your real life: your schedule, your history, your goals.
We work through four layers:
Movement first
We fix how you move before we add load. Most pain comes from patterns, not age.
Strength next
Functional strength built around your life — not around a competition.
Conditioning
Energy and breath for real life: stairs, hikes, grandkids, long days at work.
Lifestyle
The 23 hours outside the gym. Sleep, food, habits — this is where most people lose.
Every session has a reason. Every week builds on the last.
You always know where you are and where you're going.
